BRING BACK GATORADE ENDURANCE FORMULA!!!!

I haven’t seen Gatorade Endurance Formula at the Jewel in Wrigleyville since G2 came out in December. G2, the low calorie Gatorade, is a great 4-8 mile beverage, but when I get in over an hour I need something with some substance in it. Also, it is more or less the same thing as Gatorade Rain, which comes in more adventurous flavors and has a better marketing campaign. And neither vary much from Propel fitness water, except that they have a color. Calorie count and vitamin counts are similar. So why have three products that are essentially the same thing and kick something out of the line-up that’s different.
In my effort to replace the ousted Endurance Formula, I also tried some Gatorade Fierce. I’m not sure it’s any different than regular Gatorade. The thickness of Endurance Formula is what gives it the edge. It actually gives you something to digest. The advantage to Fierce over regular Gatorade was the Strawberry flavor, which was more intense than the typical Gatorades.
I’ve also seen Gatorade Tiger, which is endorsed by Tiger Woods. WTF? A round of golf may be tough, but it’s certainly not running 12 miles. Different muscles, faster pace, I don’t know, just don’t think of golf and running being things you would drink the same beverage for.
Gatorade, let’s get with it. To have a varied product line, you need Endurance Formula. Pick G2 or Rain and drop the other. Endurance Formula only came in the crappy flavors (Lemon-Lime and Orange) anyway. It can’t take that much more effort to make it and I’ll pay more for it because it actually is better. And with more Americans running longer distances than ever before, I don’t think I’d be the only one!
The run is over. Now what?
