Location: Crunch

The workout:3.78 miles on the treadmill

The music: “Begin to Hope” Regina Spektor

Felt like: nothing really happened

Total weekly mileage:30/30

Nothing to say here. I needed to finish the week off so I could sleep in and not freak out about going to the gym on Saturday.

The run is over. Now what?
