Wednesday’s workout
Time: 5:15 p.m.
Location: Crunch
The workout: 4.69 miles on the treadmill, 45 minute spin, 15 minute abs.
The music: Oh god. The spin instructor played Nickelback, I was going to die of ear burnage
Felt like: hard as hell
Total weekly mileage:25.83/30
But I was all kinds of good tired when I got home, ate and slept well, felt muscle-y, exactly the way you’re supposed to feel. I’m still suprised that I can pull out two longer-than-an-hour workouts every week. I was proud of myself for making it through again.
The run is over. Now what?
