Nothing better to do

Friday’s workout:
Time: 5:15 p.m.
Location: Crunch
The workout: 5.35 miles on the treadmill, the remaining set of five lifts of leg weights, 15 minutes on the elliptical machine
The Music: Spoon and Peter Bjorn and John
Felt like: entertainment. Went out Thursday and was planning to hiberate on Saturday, so just didn’t really have anything else to do.
Total weekly mileage: 30/30
Sometimes, you just have to run for fun. I didn’t have enough alcohol Thursday to drastically effect the run. Just bided my time in hopes something would come up to do, but nothing did, so I was happy to at least have had an enjoyable run that made me tired enought to go to bed before 1 a.m. and able to get a lot doen on hibernation Saturday.
I’m getting a little tired of running on the treadmill, it’s getting way to fucking cold in Chicago.
The run is over. Now what?
