…but the run was good.

Thursday’s Workout

Time: 7:15 a.m.

Location: Crunch

The workout:6 miles on the treadmill

The music: iPod randomly stopped working and it was definitely the weak hip-hop station at the gym.

Felt like: even, consistent. I went to bed early and slept right up to the alarm, had everything prepared the day before, no real glitches, except that the L ran slightly later than I would have liked, so I could have run another five minutes if that didn’t happen

Total weekly mileage: 24.65/30

It was just one of those days. I worked my ass off last night putting out my clothes beforehand, making lunch, starting the dishwasher, all those grown-up things you do so the next day will go off without a hitch. And there really weren’t any hitches, but nothing really exciting happened either. Evening plans were starting to shape up, but fell apart at the last minute, I had planned to get a lot of work done and I kind relaxed a lot and got a lot of small stuff but none of the big stuff done. And I just would have loved to have that extra five minutes to run that I didn’t get because I missed the previous L. Oh, well.

Nothing to report. No good news, no bad news, just … nothing.

The run is over. Now what?
